Is there anyone who hasn't heard from Virginia Tech at all? I have seen several rejections and acceptances but I haven't heard a thing from them.

Theoretical astrophysics. Waiting for the official letter.

Quantum information. No publication. 2 strong recos.

Did anyone else get an interview invitation from this school? Does anyone know if they do interviews with all the applicants or only with some filtered candidates? I was asked for a 15 min brief interview with two professors from my subfield. (I'm an international student)
