Mechanical Engineering, University Of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) I'm so tired of waiting... I submitted my app in November and they still don't have admission results 4 months later? This is the last school I am waiting on. Even uc berkeley, ucsd, uc davis have sent me acceptances already so why can't ucla? I don't even care if I get a rejection I just want a result so I can pick my school

Mathematics, University Of California Davis (UCSD) I was accepted 29 January 2021 and just now on 3/19 have declined the offer. I was an out-of-state student offered full funding (tuition, TA-ship). I hope this helps someone on the waitlist or who hasn't heard back yet.

Electrical And Computer Engineering, UC San Diego (UCSD) First reject. 1 Journal submitted, 1 Conference accepted working on another paper, 3 internships(all relevant). currently, Assistant at a lab working on self-driving cars. Applied for Intelligent systems and controls, undergrad majors is control systems.

Physics, University Of California, Davis (Ignore Waitlist) TTPB: In the same boat with you, HEP-th. Waiting for a response from UCSD/UCD for a long time. I heard that they are done with acceptances but this is just a rumor. It is possible that we are on the waitlist or something like that. Please post if you learn something regarding these two programs.

Ethnic Studies, University Of California, San Diego (ignore waitlist): I applied to Feminist Studies last year and didn't hear a word until the second half of April. I suspect this may be the case for many UCSD programs, unfortunately. Fingers crossed I'm wrong about that though bc waiting is truly hell :-(

Electrical And Computer Engineering, UC San Diego (UCSD) Had a long interview with my potential POI. He said the process is delayed in almost all the universities due to covid, so it is taking time to make decisions. For me he said, he will rolling decisions within one-week. Our profile(Area: AI hardware) is highly matching and the prof said he is also excited. Hoping for acceptance.
