so happy, did not submit GRE!

To the poster below, my status is also written as Under Review. I am an international student with the highest degree from outside of the United States I am so nervous about the results, however, I am afraid rejection is coming :(

After two interviews (that I thought had gone well), I received an email informing me a decision had been made and to check the website. I knew immediately what that meant...With many departments having closed admissions for this fall, that makes competition even tougher. Add to that the fact that many departments have less funds available, forcing them to reduce the number of offers they can make...well it makes for a rough ride for many of us. Makes me wish I would have applied to more than 11 schools, lol...Good luck to everyone! [0a/2r/1wl/8p]

Did the people who were not interviewed receive the email from the committee telling them that the decisions have been made?

Has anyone heard from these guys? There was some weird typo-like activity around my fellowship applications, I assume they were looking at it, but then it changed back to normal.
