University of Southern California Graduate School Admission Results

Has anyone heard back yet for the Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine program? They said it would take a week or 2 to get back with a decision since it's rolling admissions, according to them.

Said decisions would come mid March, never heard from them so expected this.

Congrats. Mind sharing some detailed stats? When you applied, gpa, undergrad school rank, or whatever you don't mind sharing? Waiting for my decision like a lot others...

Lol its amazing to me that people can accepted into a graduate program without knowing proper English. Either that or some people just enjoy picking fights and they are the ones that need to get checked. In any case they don't belong anywhere near a graduate program

TTPB: Are you alright bro? The guy below you did not say anything about a group with 70-75%. He said he has 70-75% as his overall GPA from a college. I'm not sure if I'm missing something in this story that you had to reply something of that sort. Statement 1: is there a group of admitted students. Statement 2, his profile: 70-75% gpa.

Received an email from my POI saying that a multi-year funding package is currently being processed for me, with the official letter/offer to be coming in a few days. If you're looking at this in a future cycle, just know that you need a POI in order to get into USC's Astronautical Engineering program, so contact faculty early and reach out to as many as possible! Also be open to exploring research opportunities that might not necessarily be in your exact intended area of research since the department has some pretty cool non-conventional research opportunities!

Got an email about status update

Got the academic eligibiliity notification. Applied for General by January deadline.

I am waitlisted at USC. Please decline your offer if you are not planning to accept ASAP it would help me so much. This is my dream school. Thank you.

After being placed on the waitlist, I emailed my POI > 3 times for different reasons and no replies at all, so rejection is expected.

Hadn't heard anything for over a month so I emailed admissions asking for an update. They replied with a rejection email. This was the last decision I was waiting on, looks like I'll be trying again next year :(
