Anyone else hear from USC? Viterbi's website says their admitted student welcome event is April 6. I'm guessing that date was appropriately set by the department once they are done making decisions... The event for Data Science was Mar 30, didn't get a decision for that major either, but I guess they admit by school not major...

Shoot! rejected so many times, subconsciously post the wrong results. Quite relieved, the first offer in this tough season, with decent funding as well. To those that are interested in the USC econ program, I was not interviewed, not invited to any open days (I don't think they've held one), or notified as being waitlisted or so. I was contacted yesterday by the director of the graduate admission. He said it took substantially longer this year to send offers, and today the offer came. I just want to say the window is far from closed, don't lose hope yet.

It's been almost 3 months, and I could not hear anything back from them. Anyone here already admitted? Even if I'm rejected, why dont they inform me via email at least? Feeling depressed although I have alternative offers. They don't reply to my emails though haha really funny. Hey, are you alive???

Has anyone tried to contact the USC economics department and asked about his/her own rankling on the waitlist. I have tried yesterday and been told that there is no rankling on USC waitlist. Kind of worried. Do anyone received the same email?

[Not waitlist]. To the post in Mar.17, my delayed decision is due to absent of official transcript. It takes some time after I submit the requested materials.
