Asian Studies, Georgetown University School Of Foreign Service (SFS) My undergrad grades were terrible, but my four years working at foreign policy think tank in the region and Indonesian language skills strengthened my application. I'd also made professional connections through my work who had ties to the program and wrote great letters of recommendation. I didn't take the GRE.

Asian Studies, Georgetown University School Of Foreign Service (SFS) Two of my program's directors, the chief of academic affairs and the main director, have contacted me in quick succession to express their congratulations. But I didn't get the official result until today. I have to confess that this makes me nervous.
