Accepted without Funding

Domestic student, honours political science undergrad, CGPA 3.6 and final year GPA 3.88. Accepted with no funding.

UMD is my only waitlist. For the ones that already have dominating offers please, PLEASE notify the school so the waitlist can move quicker. It's a hard year for everyone with a lot of uncertainty, so hang in there waitlisted fellows. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To the person who received a WAITLIST for University of Maryland History Masters, was this for the College Park campus?? What are your stats?? Also, how were you notified?

I'm in actual shock right now...expecting to wake up at some point. I didn't have the best GPA from undergrad (over 3.0). Over a decade of work experience, I speak multiple language and have an associates in my second language with a 3.8+ GPA from my second degree). Have fellowships in the UK and worked in the Middle East and Central America. I had top notch letters of recommendation all from PhDs or Agency executives (The ones that get driven around with personal assistants). I spent months working on my Statement of Purpose (actually cried over writing that thing). Good Luck to all applicants! I'm gonna go live this moment now!
