Computer Science, Columbia University Finally received the admission, I applied in early january and did the interview on 10 march. On the application paltform my status changed a few minutes before I received the email. Best of luck for those still waiting !

Computer Science, Columbia University TTPB: Did your status change from "Complete and submitted. You can still update any section." before you got admit? Were you notified through email? It is weird that I can still change everything from Resume to CGPA to SOP even after 4 months of submitting the application. Almost as if they didn't even check these materials yet. It's so random that people who submitted after me have already received their decision.

Data Science, Columbia University TTPB: It seems like they are releasing decisions in waves spanned across 7 days (14th, 21st, 28th..), so the next one should probably be around the 5th. Also once their batch size is full based on the number of admits who pay the deposit, it's likely that all rejections will go out at the same time.

Computer Science, Columbia University TTPB: for the person waiting for Columbia, basically they keep doing rounds of admits and as a bunch of people reject the offer each round they simply move down that list and give the offer to the next people, you are most likely on that list
