Generic rejection mail

I am accepting the offer. Anyone accepting or heard back anything from them?

Was waitlisted last week, but just received the offer letter a few moments ago. So happy right now!!!! Good luck to all those who are still waiting, I have until April 30 to accept my offer if this helps.

E-mail to check results. Applied and got in last year but couldn't enroll. Engineering major, one-year work experience in Data Science (two publications) at top 10 university. Good experience in software engineering.

Wait listed.Not sure how many people are wait listed butI think most people will accept the offer.... I think my chance is small now... Any one not accepting the offer?

Does anyone know if they are still sending out offer letters or if it is all rejection letters from this point on?

I'm still waiting. Today is Columbia's university-wide Data Science day so I bet DSI staff are busy with that for at least today. Also, stay optimistic—rejections AND admits have been going out at the same time over the past few days; not everything will necessarily be a reject at this point.

Accepted the offer by paying $1000 deposit.

Thanks for sharing information everyone! I haven't heard anything back yet. For the people who have heard back, were you all priority deadline candidates? Also, did you hear back via an email to check the application portal, or was it via a direct email?

The deadline to reply is 4/1. Still waiting for decision from NYU.

To the poster below when did you come to know you were wait listed ? Did you mail them ?

Replying to the posts requesting profile. I received offer of admission on 25th April. I am from India with a background on Earth Science. I completed my MPhil from Columbia University, New York.

Does anyone know if they are still sending out offer letters? I haven't heard anything from them yet... also which portal are you guys referring to? Application page?

To the poster question below: I applied by the priority deadline and the result was a direct e-mail with the decision.

Feels good to finally here from Columbia. Congrats to those who were accepted. Looking forward to exploring more options and other degrees. It seems there are lots of ways to learn and get into data science work.
