It was a very nice email from the Chair of the department. I hope the list moves quickly!

TTPB: Calm down they haven't run away with your application.

Guys, spire says it takes 6-10 weeks from application deadline. It's already 7 weeks now. Anyone heard anything from them or contacted them?

As the decision season is upon us, a kind request for everyone to mention at least your area, i.e., AI/ML/DS/SYS/THY/SEC, etc., while posting the result. TTPB: What is your field? Are you an international student?

I applied for MS/PhD on 10/14, and haven't heard back from them. and seeing the posts below on accepts, I'm feeling dejected and rejected:(

Reply Update: 'All decisions will be made by March 15th'. Basically, no concrete answer!

TTPB: Yes, I have mailed them and asked when can we expect MS CS decisions. Will update here as soon as I get a reply.

TTPB : I dont think they are fake. The websites says they start from Jan 15 to March 15 on a rolling basis. Only Phd and MS/phD are out till now it seems!

TTPB: I think they have not yet sent any email to MS only applicants. Did someone ask them when they will start giving the decisions out?

I'm pretty sure these Umass acceptances are fake, they said admissions will start coming out on the 30th.

To the admits below in Bio/NLP: Can you share your profile a bit? like publications or rank of your undergrad institute and so on?

I am yet to receive any communication from UMass smh. FML. I submitted my application on 11th December. I'd like a formal rejection instead of this torturous wait.

TTPB: Congrats! I got my funding letter in a separate email from CICS the same day Spire updated. You will probably hear back later today.

Applied to MS/PhD. Received an email of Change to Application Status and saw the accept letter after logging SPIRE. The accept letter didn't address any information about funding. Is it normal? The letter is from dean of graduate school. The Status of Application Materials is still Update Pending. Should I wait for another 1-2 days for a department-wise decision letter?

Anyone heard anything from MS program? Too much radio silence and last year this time many admits were already out...
