No interview. No GRE.

Did anyone get admitted to the Reinforcement Learning Ph.D. program?

TTPB: I was told by a Umass professor in late December that the acceptances would be sent starting from mid January to some time in April. I think they send out acceptance on a rolling base. I am still waiting. It's a very good program and the first few acceptances must have been sent to the stellar students.

application under review and no interview. I don't get how a lot of people have already got their acceptance when the website says from Jan 15. GradCafe should ask for proof before letting anyone put fake stuff

All the Ph.D. accepted students are of CS background? Are there students from ML or Applied Stat background as well ??

Login into the Spire system, status turned from under review to nothing. Did not receive an acceptance notification, so it is definitely rejected. Area: NLP. Papers: 1 first-author paper, several co-authored papers.

If we don't get an interview invite, does it mean rejection? My field is CV/ML, so are any of the accepted people from this field?

No, no interviews for MS. I guess they are only for phD applicants.

Have all UMass CICS MS/PhD applicants received interview invites? Website says decisions from Jan 15.

Two research letters of recommendation, one from a Professor at the school. Multiple publications and good GPA trend.
