I was asked for a short survey on the 22nd of December until which my application status said Under Review. Now, it is just showing that all the application materials are received. Is this normal?

It asks me to confirm/withdraw acceptance to the PhD program.

TTPB: Did the portal say anything about whether it is an MS or PhD program?

Got a mail saying status updated on SPIRE and I'll get a formal letter in 1-2 days. The login screen on SPIRE says "Congratulations on your admission" but the status of application material is "Status Pending". Guess I'll wait two days to see if it's a bug or not.

TTPB: the one who scored an interview, can you please tell what's your subfield or the initials of PI?

Emailed the POI sharing my interests. The POI reverted with a suitable time to discuss. The application also changed its status to "Application Under Review"

I didn't get an email, but I completed the survey shortly after applying and I checked SPIRE today to find that my status is "Application Under Review".

TTPB: If you don't mind, can you please share your area and PI initials?

Got an interview offer on Monday (12/28/20) and had interview with POI on Tuesday (12/29/20)

TTPB: I have not received any email from UMass. Is there anyone else who has not received an email to fill their faculty preferences?

Yes, got the form for CS PhD. Were all applicants sent the same?

Yep, even I got the form. I guess they sent it out to all of the applicants.

Got an email asking about further info on my interests. Did anyone else get one? I mentioned my interests in the application form and my SOP... even mentioned professors in both as well.
