non-cs bachelor from top 3 IITs. expected a rejection. Glad I don't need to pay the hefty fee for my MS now xD. Have offers from 3 other schools in the Top 10.

I guess CMU finally started processing MSCS applications. 2 research internships, one year of work experience, no publications. Congratulations to all those who got it!

Admitted to the MS CS program. CS undergrad from top 5 IIT with 3.93 GPA. 5 first and shared first author papers in top tier conferences, 3 more in review. 2 years of research experience at a top MNC.

Master of Science program.

8yrs+ SDE working experience on system field, avg GPA....got a rejection.

Top 30 CS undergrad in the U.S. 2 year experience as SWE.

Got in MSCS program. 1yr work experience in consulting/finance

MSCS. Undergrad from top 5 CS school. 2+ years research experience (senior thesis, no publications yet). 2 FAANG internships.

applied for general MS CS program. non-cs bachelors, no published research. 4+ yrs of DS/engineering experience mostly in NLP.

General MS CS program. Just received the straight-in-your-face rejection email at 8:02 pm EST. No surprises or pain here. It was a long shot anyway, plus I already have an admit to a great program, for which I'm so grateful. Congrats to everyone who got accepted!
