Graduate School Admission Results

Received an email saying they are considering making more offers and asking if I would be interested in considering an offer for next year (I assume next year means Fall 2020). Decided to decline, I have already committed to another program that I am excited about.

Very confusing since I was rejected on March 6th.

TTPB: Actually I reread the email, it just said "next year" like yours, I assumed its for Fall 2021 but rereading makes it seem like Fall 2020 seems more plausible.

TTPB: I got an email that says "next year". Does that mean Fall 2021 or next academic year?

Received an email saying they're considering giving an offer for Fall 2021, did anybody else get this?

TTPB: Did they tell you when they are going to make final decisions by?

Is there anyone who still don't get the decision of MS/PhD at UCB? Since 04/15 is soon, I am almost hopeless. I am not sure whether I should wait until tomorrow because I am delaying the acceptance of another school. Please tell me someone else who receive the decision in this week.

I applied to the Berkeley 5th Years Masters program. The decisions are usually sent out a bit later than MEng decisions (usually early April rather than March). I haven't received my decisions yet either, and it's almost 4/15. Anyone else applying for this program already receive their decision?

TTPB: I haven't received M.Eng results yet. It's the same for around 15 people I know (all international students). Admits have been sent out weeks ago and they usually send rejects in the subsequent week but, this year, things are a bit different. Fingers crossed.

TTPB: I couldn't reach the dept. So I am not sure what is going on. But i think we are probably waiting for the responses to some offers. So, if anybody got an offer and haven't responded yet, it would be much appreciated if do it before 4/15.

Is anyone still waiting decision for MS/PhD? i don't think the result will come by 4/15

Is there anyone who hasn't received the M.ENG results? I am not sure if it's just me or there are other people too.

(MENG data science and systems) average PS, strong to very strong letters, 1 publication in review

No clue either, we are probably on the wait-list to makeup PhDs who reject their offers due to this pandemic if think in the positive side, but I would except an rejection rationally

Is there anybody who didn't get a reply yet? I couldn't contact the department. Does anybody have a clue when the remaining decisions will be sent?

The deadline for many of my schools including Berkeley is in 5 days and still no news from Berkeley??? Has anyone heard back from them? Thanks

Haven't heard anything but there's the admit website that says commit deadline is the 15th so not sure whether they've just concluded without sending replies back?
