I got rejected for the Masters in Machine Learning program. I applied to MC CS as well. Are all decisions independent of each other or getting rejected from one means that I am rejected from other programs too?

Rejected by Machine Learning program but admitted to MSCS. I didn't see this coming since massive admission was sent out last week, but anyways. Good luck to those still waiting on the results.

Wait List Rejected. Letter stating they have a class size of 35 against 750 applications and have to reject exceptional applications. 2 IEEE Papers, 2-year research experience in Computer Vision. Good luck to the admits.

what the.. Apparently, you don't even have to apply in order to be rejected from certain schools..

Hi guys, thanks a lot for your information about the MLT program. I am wondering whether everyone who is accepted into the MLT program will receive an email from a professor at LTI. Does it mean that I am rejected if I don't get one email from a professor such as Alan Black? Wish everyone gets his/her dream offer.

To the poster below, I am thinking about mailing them if I do not hear from them by the end of this week. Have you mailed them or spoken to anyone about it? Any idea whether something like this has happened previously?

Got rejected , first reject of the season, feeling crap

TPB: I haven't heard anything from SDS. I emailed to them, and they told me they are still under reviewing process, they haven't send offer yet, they hope to make decisions by mid-March. Waiting for decision makes me nervous...
