Graduate School Admission Results

Does anyone know academically eligible for fall could result in a spring in official letter? I haven't received the official one yet, only the academic eligibility notification.

With fellowship. Area: ML

Email intimation congratulating me for admission. Asked to provide financial certification form. Already have admits from GaTech and UPenn.

For those who were admitted to USC, can you post when you applied/how long it took to get a decision?
