Graduate School Admission Results

I was interviewed at the end of January and have now received an email for the professor mentioning that I am likely to receive an official offer letter within the next 2 weeks.

To the USC poster, according to a friend of mine doing his PhD there, they have given out almost all MS admits and are giving admits now after admitted applicants are rejecting their offers, they have got very very few rejections and that those who haven't heard from them should expect rejections only. USC got too many applications this year and based on their GPA only policy of admitting MS students , the threshold shot up this year.

Got a mail stating that I am academically eligible and asked me to submit financial proof for receiving official admit.

Applied for 2019 Fall. Received an email saying that I'm on the Waiting List in late April. Admitted to 2020 Spring finally.

Phone call from admissions committee chair. Visit weekend is Feb 26-27

High Performance Computing and Simulations Track

General CS. No mention of scholarship.

Notified by email to check my decision status on you.usc.edu. Received my admission on the portal.

I'm waiting too, got 4 rejects. This is my last hope, shit just got serious. Breathing slowing down in 3..2...1

Got email to check the yousc portal. Decision: Reject.

I found that all recent notifications are rejects. So very low chance I would say. My Gpa is not enough for USC this year.

Done with this season. No admits.

CGPA 7.83 - Work Ex 5+ .... Shattered :(

Got the admit notification today via email. Asked to check decision portal. Great to see the "Admit Letter".
