I can't believe it has been over 4 months. What is the point of having an early deadline if you can't even send your rejection letters out within 4 months? Anyhoo doesn't matter because I got into my preferred program.

Accepted off the waitlist

Received email this morning from DCT that all spots for incoming class have been filled and that they will not be taking anyone off the waitlist.

Domestic Canadian student. Also granted 10k scholarship.

Drexel strung me along for MONTHS, initially telling me I'd hear back late January, then late February, then March 15th, then the week after, etc. I had to ask for an extension from a competing school, so I was a bit flummoxed to open the portal to a rejection today. I met with multiple faculty members interested in working with me, have a long CV with over 30 papers in press, and am mid-career working in mental health. I had a 4.0 in my Master's program with a Dean's award. I suppose I can see it as a silver lining to have dodged a bullet in working with a program lacking professionalism. However, I'm still disappointed as Drexel gave me the impression that they may have a more social justice-informed approach than other schools I had been considering, with an emphasis on interrogating systems.

Ignore status!!! Does anyone know if formal acceptance or rejection letters have been sent? I haven't received anything yet

To all the applicants, if you are holding dominant offer, please make a decision and reject the other offers. The time has arrived

Had an interview in February, did not like the content of the professor's research so politely declined. Had another one in March, but again it was in an adjacent field, so did not do well in the interview and had to express the same. Had a final one on the 8th of April where both field and specific research area met my interests, and am now waiting to hear back.

Did not submit GRE. Got rejected from PhD but was offered admission to MS program.

I haven't been rejected from the program yet, but my application status still says 'Under review' on the portal. I've tried emailing them, but haven't gotten a response. I'm not sure what's happening, so I'm reaching out here to see if any other applicants have any helpful info. Please comment if you know anything!
