English Graduate School Admission Results

Has anyone heard yet? Good luck!

GPA is MA. 7a/0r/1w/0p. Just got a boilerplate email. I have many offers, so I'll be getting off the waitlist.

Waitlisted, but let them know I have accepted another offer from a different institution and to open up my spot to another student. Excited for fall :)

GPA is Master's. International applicant. Completely gutted. I guess I'll look for programmes in Europe.

Received an email that there was a status update for my application in the portal

Accepted to the program, but waitlisted for funding. Informed I'm at the top of the waitlist. Excited! Will turn this down by April 15 unless I get funding though since I already have a fully funded offer.

Just received the rejection letter at 10:47 pm, interesting timing! I'm a little sad, I worked really hard on a 20-page paper specifically so I'd have a writing sample for this application, since I got my master's degree in something unrelated to literature. Oh, well, I suppose it wasn't meant to be. Congrats to all who were accepted!

Notified via phone; said TAship is possible, but not guaranteed, that they would be in touch about it soon.

Rejected to PhD but accepted to MA.

god this season sucks. got optimistic when the PHD -> MA pipeline updates were coming out. 0a/1w/4r/2p
