One centrally funded scholarship worth 1.45 million INR. 7.7/10 CGPA (first class with honors). 3 years of software engineering experience from a top Indian Company. Excellent SoPs and LoRs. Carleton University selects tier 4 tier 5 college students for their research program I am absolutely flabbergasted by the decision. Best of luck to everyone else.

[Not waitlist] TTPB: I received it just today. Had a pretty late interview on Mar 1st. Asked POI about my application this Tuesday, and he replied today that I am accepted. Got the official letter hours later.

TTBP: I am exactly in the same boat (MSCS VT and MSAI Northeastern). Could you inform me if you find any information useful for deciding? Many thanks.

A word of warning to International students applying for NU. from what I heard, NU has a very high rank of rejecting international students with financial needs due to low endowment. it's a shame how many internationals had to literary wait till the last day to hear the rejection. think twice before applying to this university again.

[Not Waitlist] Still not heard back from Courant and Tandon. After this point, I am sure that it is rejection and will accept other offers.
