Another day, Another Rejection. If Tandon can also just send out their results soon, it will put an end to my misery.

My last decision, last rejection as well. At least the misery ended.

Hello, did anyone here receive a decision from stevens. It is mentioned on their website that they take 4 weeks after the deadline to give a decision but it's been more than 10 weeks since I applied (they have rolling admission). Idk what's taking them so long as we are in the middle of April already.

Dual Degree from IIT in Mathematics and Computing. Great Sop and LoRs. Two highest extracurricular awards from University. Scholarship for 1 year (Centrally funded). Rejection is quite shocking. I kept this uni as the safest of safe schools given my profile and the profiles that I had reviewed before applying.

Has anyone heard from TAMU for their PhD application in Computer Science. Shit, how can something take this long?

Received the rejection from the joint program (UMD - MPI) today. For those who don't know what it is --, this is an opportunity for UMD CS applicants (if they have already been accepted to UMD) to spend portions of their time in both UMD, USA and MPI, Germany and have two advisers.

People who declined the offer, what are your main reasons to decline the offer from umd and choose other programs? I have offers from umd and another university. I should decide between them by tomorrow. thanks in advance.

Indian student from tier-3 uni (BITS Pilani - 8.5 GPA) with 4 internships (2 at FAANG, 1 was 6-month research internship). No paper during application.

Courant MSCS. Checked my inbox this morning and found out I am admitted.

I declined my offer, I hope someone can get off the waitlist and take my slot in the program!

TTPB: did you get an offer for the on campus MS, online MS or the hybrid one?

Got an Interview invitation for this Friday. Pissing my pants, even though I already got ETH Zürich as back up.

MS/PhD applicant but admitted to the MS program instead. No work experience. No publication but several research experiences at my undergraduate institution. Will probably accept this offer. Good luck to other MS/PhD applicants who are still waiting for the results!

TTPB: Yes, I got my decision on 10th (or maybe 9th night for them). I applied to their programs in early December. Radio silence till the decision mail. And I'd say I had pretty decent-strong LORs from my college faculties (conducted research under them for 1.5 years).
