[response to post below] I have not heard anything (UVA or UCSD) . My portal has nothing either. I was going to email them but so far I feel like that usually turns out bad so I wanted to find out from fellow applicants first

TPB. Hi, did you receive the email that said you were waitlisted before? I did not receive anything from UVa, so I asked them. They told me today that I could consider myself on a waitlist, and they will update the status in the next few days.

Nothing from Warwick. Is it IR? Not many acceptance posts though it seems that they have released decisionss

[Ignore WL] Has anyone not heard anything from UVA and UCSD? Did anyone contact admissions to see what's going on? I have seen waitlists, rejections and acceptances for UVA so idk where I stand. I am holding to last strands of hope so any info would be appreciated.

Ignore WL. Anybody else still waiting to hear from Duke and UCLA? I'm assuming UCLA is a rejection.

[Ignore WL] Anyone heard anything from DPhil (not MPhil + DPhil)?

I think I just received a rejection after being waitlisted. Just got an automated email, that just reads "We regret to inform you that due to the high number of qualified applicants, your application for PhD admission was not successful to the Economics: PHD program." Then asking me to respond if I did NOT want to be considered for my second choice. Nothing of the waitlist was mentioned.

Ignore WL. Congrats to those who got offers. Anyone has ideas on MPhil+DPhil status? Seems like they sent informal emails to some successful applicants and some were re-routed to MPhil and also got informal offers. What about those neither got successful emails nor got re-routed? How many of you are in the same situation? Sounds not good...

I enquired about my status for application. They replied that we have finished first round of admission and waiting for response from offer holders. Please share if any Mcmaster phd economics offer holder declined or are declining the offer. Also please share what is the deadline ?

Hi all, I also received an informal email of acceptance for the MPhil Economics and an invitation to the open day. HOWEVER! How sure are we that the email is legit? I am not an expert on the topic, but the sender's email address and the link seem a little sketchy imo. Can anyone verify that this is a trustworthy source? Not only is this a pretty harsh joke if it's fake, it can also be a dodgy phishing attack so i'm kinda worried. Thanks!

Would anyone please be willing to share what NYU funding looks like? Posts from last year say 29-35k so has this year been comparable?
