Dr. Olga invited me to meet with the school chair and prospective supervisor. A week later offer of funding was received, likely to accept it.

$24k stipend

Travel stipend for visit day. Was never interviewed.

According to their website, those who have not received anything are all rejected. Expected.

Ignore WL. Do y'all think Wisconsin dominates UT Austin (funding about the same)? I can't make up my mind about these 2 offers, but I plan on denying whichever one I don't decide this week so others can get off wait list. I'll also deny Wisconsin if I get into Duke (unlikely).

Kind reminder to reject any dominated offers as it is highly appreciated. Is it common to wait until April 15th?

Dear Student, Thank you for your application to the PhD Program at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. The admissions committee was very favourably impressed by your application but, unfortunately, due to the high volume of excellent candidacies we received this year, we are unable to offer you a place at the present time. What we can do, however, is to place your name on a “reserve list” from whom we will be making further selections in case there are cancellations in the future. If this happens, we will offer full funding for year 2 onwards, but we will be unable to offer funding for the first year (only Full Fee Waivers will be available). In order to manage this “reserve list,” please let us know whether you accept this option no later than April 15th. Sincerely,

I sent an email to admission officer and he replied as you are not selected. If you couldn't hear back until now, most probably the answer will be the same.

[ignore interview ] Anyone else hasn't heard anything back from UCLA at this point. I think they might be slowly rolling out rejections. Maybe alphabetically?

Ignore Waitlist. I received an email from the department saying that they will only make a decision in mid-April. This is for MPhil in Economics. I know some may have received their offers already. But I just find it weird that they are taking so long since the deadline is in early December. Did anyone receive the same email?
