I had an interview and then I was ghosted. Today I wrote to one of the professors on the selection committee and he told me that I am on the waitlist but they forgot to send me a notification :/. However, I already missed the visit day and I guess I am not that high in the waitlist. For previous posters, according to this I could guess that if you had an interview and no further emails you probably are waitlisted, otherwise it could be a implicit rejection. I hope this helps

Just turned down the offer!

Off the waitlist. Finally, the first offer. But I will wait until I get updates on my waitlist in other programs.

I just turned down my offer, but was offered $34,000 per year for first two years with no teaching requirement for first year and $25,000 per year for years 3-5 with assurances that there would be more fellowship money available. I learned at visit days and on here that other people's offers were much lower. I was also assured by admissions chair that they could give me more money if I had better offers elsewhere. the money is there. Negotiate for it!

Has the admissions portal changed for anyone? My portal still shows that the application is under consideration. No option to accept or decline. I emailed Daniella, the person who emailed us about the admission, but got an automatic reply that she is on annual leave. No information about when she might return. Is it just me or do you also find it weird that there has been almost zero communication from UCL after the initial offer?

Have been on waiting list for a month! Is "waiting until 15th April" a dominated strategy for all the offer holders? Any reward could be used to trigger some offer holders switch from waiting to make a decision?? Just for discussion, for fun. Anyways, congratulations for the offer holders and good luck to people like me lol.
