Also received an email saying I'm on the waitlist and that all decisions will be made by July 1st. Does this mean I am on the waitlist for all three programs I applird? And does anyone have any idea how big their waitlist pool is? Hope it is not like x1 x1.5 their class size

Just got the email saying I was waitlisted and the result should be come out before July 1st. I had an offer with deadline on June 15th. Sorry it might sound unethical, but USC is my top choice. I just wonder that can I waive my offer if I get admitted to USC, assuming that I have already accepted the offer and paid my deposit.

Just got an email ~10 minutes ago that I'm on the waitlist and my application is still in review. They said a decision will be released by July 1. This wait (weight?) has been so crushing, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

Ttpb: I saw that many students were rejected back in feb and march, based on yocket. I personally think that whoevers left now is on a waiting list. Plus one more thing, the program deadlines have been extended to june 30. Just saw it on the viterbi grad admission page, maybe thats the reason for the tardiness

I heard there were a couple of admits released on 15th May 2020 all mostly for spring Applied Data Science program. I guess there is going to be a wave of rejection soon....I am seriously pondering. What is the strength of intake for Applied Data Science program? I don't see many admits here.

TTPB: My application status is pending as well. From the general trend on gradcafe it seems that the status of Data Science specialization is pending. I have written to USC as well. But, I did not get a reply.

Any Applied Data Science applicants left here? haven't recieved a decision yet, applied back in december. I've emailed the viterbi grad department 3 times, and they haven't even responded to one of my emails. I thought USC was one of the competent universities but my assumption is turning out to be wrong.

Just received acceptance to MS Computer Engineering. What a long wait!
