Computer Science, Columbia University I also feel that we deserve a refund not only because of the delayed result but also because COVID-19 was something we all did not anticipate. If the classes are moved online, then there is absolutely no reason to pay a ridiculous amount of money for tuition. Even if they do accept me, I would not be willing to push through with the enrollment because I was hoping for an in-person class. I'm sure there are other people who would feel the same way...

Computer Science, Columbia University The court case won't hold because they have not mentioned a definite deadline for the decisions. You might have to wait until the beginning of the semester since you had applied for Fall 2020. Worst case they will send us the decisions for what we had paid. But no one will return the money! :D :D

Computer Science, Columbia University Does anyone know if the university you have applied for has to respond to your application? I have already decided on my university but I am thinking about going to court for a refund since I did not receive a response even though I paid for it, just to maybe annoy some guys in CU. If successful, many of you guys may get your money back.

Computer Science, University of Southern California I applied in the month of January in the first week, it took almost 6 months for the decision to come. But I am happy at the same moment too. I believe in my University more, and I hope they will take better care of me than what USC did so far.

Computer Science(Data Science), University of Southern California What Rubbish! It took them this long to reject!! Used to think it's a good university but after this have lost all respect. On the other hand there are universities which are replying to my queries daily about the changing situation there. Good for me !
