very kind email from PoI. I kinda knew the fit was not so good at the beginning of my application but I wanted to give it a shot because I really like the faculty and people in the program.

Application deadline on 2/1; interviewed on 2/8; receiving the offer of admission on 2/28. The faculty was so kind, and they were very efficient in making decisions.

YESSSS!!! Still can't believe this is happening! This is my top choice. I had the interview on Feb. 11 and received the admission letter with full funding and tuition waiver on Feb. 24. Good luck to everyone.
