EECS, University Of California, Berkeley has anyone else recently been visited by a bearded white man with a sock (specifically having 3 holes on its big toe, middle toe, and ring toe) but on his hand ?? he's one of the most popular homeless people at berekelee and even tho he looks like a rando, hes definitely the leader of the furry pack at berks. so he calls up Sal Eeks (the founder of the eeks program duh cuz itz named after her) and because sal is secretly also a furry. so i had an interview with sal bc white homeless man knew about my secret identity as the underground furry p0rm trading ring in topeka kansas. sal asked me why i was interested in EEKS at berekely, and i told him its bc berekele is the p0rm capital of the world and i can exploit the poor undergrads that attend berkly eeks. he told me that thats actually why he started eeks at burkley so he was extremely happy. so after that they decided they wanted me and also i threated to eat alll of his motts fruit snacks if he didn't let me in (and his research funding).

EECS, University Of California, Berkeley I was chillin as I usually do browsing in my bed in Jammies with a bottle of Patron and then I see this email shown up in my Spam folder. It was from Berkeley EECS and they sent me a full acceptance to the EECS program. I dinnit even apply or anything, apparently they just hit up my Google scholar and GitHub and decide to accept me because of all the papers I written. I was like bro chill that’s kind of creepy I only applied to Stanford Stanford ride or die betches but Berkeley was like we wantchu anyways and they gave me a coupon for a local hostel which is the only affordable place for student to rent as part of my acceptance package. That is a much better deal then the expensive AF Palo Alto 50s era apartments Stanford gives students so I decided to go to Berkeley even though I didn’t apply.

EECS, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology It is fucking depressing. I did everything I could. Published 9 papers at top conferences. I do not know why. Only because I am from Asia? MIT is my fucking dream place. I cannot move on. I really want to go to MIT.

EECS, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology Ignore waitlist. This is a f***ing rant. I am an international student and graduated from a top school in my country. I was sure that even if I got a near-perfect UG GPA, I would not get a Ph.D. offer from the big 4. My undergrad uni is not big on research. Therefore, my approach was to compromise on my GPA and write stellar papers with the top CS schools in the US during my undergr. Then, go for MS to compensate for my GPA. This would result in me having both a 4/4 GPA and top-tier papers. I did everything right. I got the papers. I got the letters. FAIR labs improved my UG paper and wrote another paper. I got a perfect GPA during MS. I positioned my profile in an emerging research direction to reduce the competition. I got a scientist offer from the industry from FAANG. I am not able to comprehend why the f*** I did not get a single interview at any school in this cycle. F*** my life.
