Graduate School Admission Results

Emailed at 3am

To the poster below, I received admission from them via email on February 1st. I haven't had any correspondence with them before or after that.

just received the official letter of admission with full funding.

Have CMU offer though.. But what took them soooo long?

Also "Under Review." I haven't heard a single thing from the school since the email confirmation that my application (and payment) were submitted. Already accepted an offer elsewhere. Am I supposed to email someone? Withdraw my application? Part of me wants to ask for a refund because paying for 4 months of silence from the application deadline to the admission deadline is kinda a joke.

US citizen. My only admission so far, so I'm planning going once financial support is sorted out. But funding seems highly unlikely according to forums :(

Meet the POI 6 months before applying and was notified by the POI that I should be receiving an official e-mail from the admissions office soon.

notified by POI, official offer is on the way. no interview.

To the UCSD posters below - did you get any update or did the status change since yesterday?

Does anyone have an interview with Professor Steven Swanson? He assigned a task to me and after that, I heard nothing.

Is anyone else still waiting for UCSD MS in CS ? I think many rejects were sent some days back. Not sure what are they upto ?
