Ignore WL, wanted to know if anyone who got admit received the admit without an interview?

Ignore Interview. Admits just started. I don't think the rest are rejections. I feel admits will still be there.

Is there a sequence in which admits are sent out (like by ascending first name/last name)? Or is it safe to assume that the remaining applicants are rejected or waitlisted?

TTPB : What time did you receive the email? Until when do you have to pay the deposit?

INT MSc in Applied Mathematics. 1 paper in top CS conference. 1 patent and 2 research internships.

9.36/10 form tier 3 institute in India. Am super excited for this..!

(Don't mind the waitlist) TTPB: when did they notify you? did they mention anything about the class size/ how competitive the program was this year? When do you have to pay the deposit by?

BS in applied math from large public university. Three years of semi-related work experience.

Any update from Columbia? It's mid March here on the East Side. Didn't someone say they will be out by now?

TTPB re interviews: that's a good question, I didnt ask that unfortunately. I'm hoping they're just doing the 1 way video interview that was required as part of the application process, but I'm 0% sure in that.

(Ignore WL); TTPB mentioning Brianne Cortese's reply : Will they start rolling interview invites or decisions from mid-March? Last year. by this time, they had already started sending out pre-recorded interview invites to candidates.

TTPB: I had a convo with Briana Cortese from admissions ~ 2 weeks ago and she signalled expected decisions would be out by mid March for the folks wondering about timelines.

**Attention Plz** Hey folks, some random dude posted TWO posts on Mar. 2 saying I got REJECTED.... And he also posted MY YouTube video link in his posts without my permission which is unacceptable (I believe this is the same guy who has posted a racist comment on my video before). I will be working closely with the GradCafe team to crack him down. And an update: I did NOT get rejected but still waiting for the decision. And for those of you who wonder about how you will be notified when there's a decision being made: there will be an email with the title 'You have a status update' from the admissions office and then you should be able to check it out on the portal. Thank you!

Heyy guys I was just wondering if any of you know when we are supposed to be hearing back from Columbia for F21 Data Science. Has anyone heard back so far?
