Graduate School Admission Results

(Since I am way too familiar with UCLA AUD) ...to the poster below asking what "Your application to our department is complete for review and is being forwarded on to our admissions review committee" means, it's just that your materials have been reviewed by staff (not faculty), and there's nothing missing that would prohibit you from being considered for admission. Then your application was passed along to the committee that will decide whether they will recommend you for admission or not. I don't recall when they are / were supposed to meet though. Good luck!

Didn't submit GREs. Notified by program and not yet by the graduate school.

Status changed to 'Awaiting approval by GAO'. Didn't have a formal interview but had an hour long zoom call with POI before the application deadline.

Track I Eugene - accepted by program, not yet by graduate school

Track II Portland campus

Change status: application has been reviewed by staff and has been sent to the admissions committee for consideration.

Contacted to schedule PhD interview. Application deadline was Jan. 5.

I believe it is the standard master's interview they do with most candidates.

To the post below: haven't heard anything from the department yet. Submitted before the funding deadline.

I received an email on Jan. 26 saying: "Your application to our department is complete for review and is being forwarded on to our admissions review committee. Letters regarding decisions are usually sent out sometime in Early March. " Does anyone know what this means? Thanks!

Has anyone heard any updates/interviews from the architecture department?

Took GRE but did not submit it. PI said funding has improved this year.

accepted but no info on funding; waiting to see if I was nominated for a fellowship
