Did anyone get reply for M.S ? Is there any chance of getting an admit ?. I haven't got any reply from the grad admissions office. To the poster below are you talking about PhD admits?

Haven't heard back from them yet, saw a few accepts a while back, and they sent out accepts and rejects together in previous years. Are the rest of us just waiting on rejects, cuz the uncertainty more than anything is really making me anxious?

Got an email with the rejection stating that this will be updated only if admitted in Master's. Good Luck everyone else!

One interview only: Feb 27 - Mar 3rd.

2 Skype interviews with 1 POI and 1 unfamiliar CS prof. Any idea what that means? I didn't mention him anywhere throughout my application and his research interests are not really close to mine...

Four publications (1 first and 3 co-author), several conference presentations, Fulbright fellowship for master studies, USAID fellowship for undergraduate studies, Master Degree from Purdue University, Bachelor degree from a top school in the MENA region, High grad GPA and fine undergrad GPA. Lots of volunteering and leadership activities.

Check your website to get the decision letter: "Your application for admission to study at Stanford has been reviewed by the Admissions Committee in the Economics Department. I regret to report that we cannot admit you to our graduate program. As you know, the Department gets many more applications from qualified candidates than we can accept given our financial resources and space restrictions. Consequently, each year many strong candidates must be turned down. Regretfully, we cannot provide individual feedback on applications which were not accepted into our program. I can only assure you that all files were read by the admissions committee and decisions were made with care. I wish you every success in your career."

To the person below, my interest was in astro/cosmology experiment, not HEP.

Does anyone know if non-interviewed applicants stand a chance of being admitted? Or are they just waiting until late March to send out rejection letters?
