To all interview posters: is anyone in computational biology (the "biocomputation" track)?

Has anyone not received a decision yet? Anyone have any updates on when we expect one? I applied to the Optimization track

No interview.

Got a phone call, CP subfield. They said I'd get emails later but wanted to call first. Good luck to everyone -- this is a really competitive process, and there are lots of qualified applicants. A lot of this comes down to sheer luck (esp in my case), so don't take anything as a referendum on your ability to excel!

What is the deadline for accepting offers? To the accepted ones, Please kindly decline if you're not going to attend stanford

Admission notification via email with invitation to Stanford Visit Day on Feb 15. Will attend visit day. Multiple interviews with faculty during visit day to determine research advisors/labs/etc. B.S. Aerospace Eng. from Texas A&M -- 4.0 with good GRE across the board (168Q, 159V, 5.0W); 2 semesters undergrad research, no formal publications, 5 semesters teaching assistant experience; 4 yrs experience on undergrad rocketry team (tech lead position this year); 2 industry internships; 3 great LoRs. Did anyone have any news about MSE M.S. at Stanford?

Rejected for PhD (accepted for Masters with no financial support). Also rejected from UC Berkeley and Princeton. I will probably go to UCLA.

Spoke to the admissions office over the phone, they said all the admission offers have been sent out.
