Recent Graduate Admission Results February 2022
Geosciences, Princeton University PI first sent email on Feb. 11th saying he recommended me for admission but the committee didn't. Around 19 hours later received the formal one from graduate school. Kinda beyond my expectation, had interview in mid Jan. with PI, and thought it went well. Anyway, congrats to everyone who got admitted and good luck to those waitlisted!

Physics, Princeton University (IGNORE WAITLIST) Hey guys, I just wanna say, I've been reading about your rejections, and it really doesn't make sense, you would all be amazing students. To some extend, so many great people apply, they can't even choose and the whole thing is quite random. Do not put your happiness into some random chance that you'll get in: we know this is not a smart move. Being an outstanding physicist is just a tiny part of who you are. Focus on the other many many great parts now and soon the sadness will go away.
