Graduate School Admission Results

To those of you who have heard from UConn... did your application portals say "complete" before you heard? A lot of people's still say incomplete because the recommendations are only sent to CSDCAS. I'm getting paranoid that UConn isn't aware of this!

Just received an acceptance from Temple! So thrilled!!!! Will definitely be attending. Is there an accepted students FB page?

Denied for STEPS, unfortunately. On the waitlist for funding. I have lots of research experience, have presented my work at conferences, have a double major in Spanish, am an Honors College student, wrote a Capstone Thesis, teach ESL, have extensive clinical experience, and studied abroad twice.

Wasn't expecting an acceptance from here anyways! Congrats to the admitted students!

logged into the portal and my status went from "complete ready for review" to "graduate conditional accept"

Utterly and completely heartbroken. I didn't even imagine it would hurt this much being rejected from my own program. I know my scores were low but I thought with all my experience I would have been accepted.

Got an email at 5:15 today asking me to check the portal.
