Graduate School Admission Results

I was on the subway, minding my own (sad and depressed because of one more unknown MFA reply) business, when Leslie Epstein called me on my mobile. I think I got off the train. Well, I must have. I think I said "OMG" about twenty times (facepalm). We had a lovely chat (well, Mr Epstein was lovely on the phone while I could barely put two words together from the shock and the emotion and whatnot). And I accepted the offer. And I still can't believe it. All the best to all applicants, I know the wait is horrifying. Impossible things do happen, though, and you will get into the program of your dreams. (4a/0w/1r/0s)

8 years of public health experience (including 6 years global), received an email from DrPH director, awaiting financial aid decision

Wait listed for a professor I've wanted to work with but is out on leave.

GRE (Subject) is grad GPA. asked to be taken off of the wait list. Already accepted offer elsewhere.

Is there anyone who haven't heard from BU? If I haven't heard from them, does it mean that I am on the waitlist or implicitly rejected? I submitted my application on the last day.

Has anyone heard back from them yet?

Received an email an hour ago that I was in the top 60 out of 500 applicants and that they can't disclose my place on the waitlist, but that 5 accepted students have already accepted their spots and 5 are still unconfirmed.
