Graduate School Admission Results

Has anyone heard from CMU Physics yet? They are not matching my official TOEFL scores to my application. I am worried and have already mailed them like 3 times but they just won't reply. Would be ridiculous if my app isn't reviewed because of no TOEFL.

First admit of the season for me, notified via email to check the applicant status page. They have not mentioned the track in which I was admitted, have been told it would be notified after paying the deposit (which sucks). My profile (India): College: One of the older IITs GPA: 6.5/10 in Electrical Engineering No Research papers or experience 2 years exp as data scientist in a big banking firm GRE: 170 Q 162 V 4.0 AWA TOEFL: 114/120

Waitlisted, got a C in real analysis, still shocked I wasn't rejected.

Graduate Fellow Scholarship - 50% tuition covered

North Park campus accepted, awaiting West Lafayette's decision.

There are too many applications from South Asia to European countries this year, so they have kind of elevated the requirements the competition is tough.

The engineering Physics degree and multiple electrical courses were rejected due to not having specific courses done.

6 years industry experience, 1 publication in review, current lab manager in a Brown lab. Only 2/3 recommendation letters were submitted at the time of the rejection.

GPA is grad. Received an e-mail notifying me of my acceptance and fellowship offer, after an interview two days ago.
