Brain And Cognitive Sciences, Massachusetts Institute of Technology I got a rejection from one of the PI that I discussed in my SOP. Is that normal? Does it mean that they recognize me in some way but can't offer a seat because of the highly selected pool? Should I reach out for opportunities?
