Biosciences (Biology), Graduate School Of Business, Stanford Universityty To poster below. I was wondering the same thing so I emailed Stanford biology's admin office asking when to expect to hear back, or if all the acceptances had already been sent, and they replied, "Our faculty are making their decisions, and we expect to start notifying applicants in the next couple of weeks." It's kind of vague. It seems they haven't sent out anything, unless they've sent acceptances and everyone on here is an unfortunate bunch and happened to not get accepted :P. Truthfully, I think they haven't sent anything yet.

(Computer Science, Stanford University Making a good decision is more important than the effort you put. 4 years back if you chose Berkeley, UIUC, UCSD, Waterloo as undergrad school and also chose CS major, you now have greater chance of getting in than others who come from a top school outside of US, or a top school in US but not strong in CS or who aren't even CS major.

Communication Sciences And Disorders (Speech Language Pathology), Pacific University Wait listed and accepted placement on the list. To a poster below, or whoever knows, how do you know what tier you are? Someone stated tier 1, but neither the email or response of acceptance of the wait list noted a tier system.

Bioengineering, UC Berkeley/UCSF 6 pub (three 1st author) + three 1st author papaer submitted + 4y research exp low toefl, gre.... I think this is very critical The admissions committee is in the process of sending invitations to visit for the Berkeley/UCSF PhD program, please be aware these invitations are being sent this week. If you do not receive an invitation to the PhD program, please be aware that you are welcome to move your application to the Master of Translational Medicine (MTM) or Master of Engineering (MEng) program for additional consideration.

Analytical Chemistry, Purdue University-Main Campus Excellent chemsitry score, normal GRA, fair GRE, good recommendation letters and research background. Fair TOEFL with extremely LOW speaking score.

CDDS Speech Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Iona University Applied to this school via CSDCAS as a backup after I was anxiously awaiting hearing from other schools. Visited it and it seemed like a disorganized program that did not have much to offer (no TSSLD, minimal electives if any, no funding for anyone that wasn't already an Iona student). I also didn't like the fact that they intentionally waited until May to notify students. Why the wait? My application was submitted in February. I was accepted to three other programs (none of which are pre-accreditation status!) and happily accepted an offer elsewhere at my top choice program over a month ago.

East Asian History, University of California-Santa Barbara Unofficial admission with funding info. Invited to recruitment day. Personalized email from DGS with all three of my POIs in CC. The email is so warm and encouraging, for a moment I felt like I overcame my impostor syndrome...
