(General) Linguistics, University of Hawaii at Manoa Accepted with no funding first semester and "if you impress the faculty" partial funding moving forward. This is a conundrum because I am extremely attracted to their program, but not willing to roll the dice. I never got an interview so I figured I didn't get accepted. I have also been offered admission elsewhere, granted a lesser known school, with full funding for 6 years, masters and PhD.
