In the mail there is a PDF that contains a lot of info about grad life at MIT, but more importantly for the villains who are asking, it says Feb 4th is the date when they send the acceptance mails. |

Just yesterday I had an interview with Northwestern Mechanical for PhD and I thought it went great until some hours later someone posted accepted here. Not only that but some other guy got accepted to UCB and I wasnt even interviewed. MAN IT HURTS |

Found that there were 600 applicants that were screened for publications rather than academic performance, recommendations, and general research experience. I have strong academics, research experience, and recommendations. I also have a Masters from Lehigh University. If you lack in publications reconsider applying...it is costly. |
