Invited to the Prospective Student Visit day on Feb 14th.

This was my #1 for fit! Amazing letter/offer! (5 applied, 2 acceptances, 3 unknown).

TPB: my portal has not seen any change since the day I applied. Did you have the same layout until your eventual acceptance, or it said “evaluated” before “accepted”?

I've had no other communication with them for the entire 2 month wait time, no interview or anything, and suddenly an acceptance letter in my inbox. A packet with more information is coming in the mail.

Last minute offer, fully funded, no interview

I was interviewed by two POIs at the end of January. The email came from the program director, and my Wolverine Access status hasn't been changed. Good luck!

I write nonfiction but I was in the same boat. I received my acceptance about 2 weeks after nonfiction people first started posting on here that they had been accepted. My guess is that the New School has an informal waitlist and they're accepting their 'second-round' picks as the first-round ones decline in favor of programs that actually have funding.

Non-CS background and no interview. Accepted to machine learning area and will likely decline.

MS/PhD program. My first decision. A little sad but not that surprised; maybe I'll still apply to the MAS.
