Electrical Engineering, Stanford University Already had a master degree; 8 publications with 1 first author top-conference (CVPR); 3 strong letters and 1from an IEEE Fellow. Very very low TOEFL score-84. Does it means being rejected as I do not receive an interview invitation???

( ECE ) Electrical And Computer Engineering, University of Toronto Email indicated that 2 professors were interested in interviewing me. Followed up and had interviews with both. A third contacted me and had another interview. Now waiting to hear back

Audiology, Wichita State University poster below: Last year I was on ISUs' waiting list until week before the school starts and didn't get in. I really want to start by grad school this year. Lexi from ISU told me that she's guessing fairly soon they will send a batch of denial letters to those that don't meet the minimum requirements. But I don't think there aren't many people who doesn't meet the minimum requirements :( i think ISU wait list will have a lot of applicants.
