Intelligent Information Systems (MIIS), Carnegie Mellon University I regret to inform you that we are unable to admit you into the Master of Science in Intelligent Information Systems (MIIS) degree program offered by Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science. We received over 500 applications to this program, many of whom are highly qualified, and have good academic records and recommendations. Unfortunately, our graduate program can accommodate only a limited number of new students, thus we were unable to accept many applicants who might have done well in the program. Quantitative & Computational Biosciences, Baylor College of Medicine My application was transferred to my second-choice program last Jan 29. I haven't even been interviewed by any program! I emailed the admissions and they said that they can't provide an update on my status since all initial interviews are being handled by the programs. I think they forgot about my application, lol. Any update (even a rejection) would be nice, to be honest.

CDDS Speech Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Baylor University To the poster asking how we found out about acceptance...I got an e-mail with my BearID and logged onto the application portal (GOBaylor). Under the Application Status tab it said Decision. I clicked on that and there were two attachments - one from the graduate school and one from the department - each discussing my admission to the program. Hope that helps! To the poster who answered my questions about funding...thank you! I clicked on the "Departmental Decision" letter, but unfortunately, there was not offer of funding included in my letter, despite having similar stats to you! It could be because I am a leveling student, as well as from out of state (North Carolina). Kinda bummed cause of the already expensive ticket price!
