Finance, MIT Sloan Yes, he/she did take the interview. I think it's normal cuz several of my programs haven't sent me the rej yet but they've already sent out offers, to my knowledge. I think it's just a matter of time. If they really consider you, you should have heard something before Apr. At least they would tell you that you are kind of in the final list.

Finance, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill I observe many people complaining about communication with UNC. I am saddened as I was also rejected, but UNC does not owe anybody a response. Please stop pestering schools about your application status. PhD admissions are a difficult process and sometimes luck is not on our side. Be respectful to your potential colleagues

Finance, Emory - Goizueta Business School I'm the original poster about Emory finance waitlist. They said 4 offers have been made. No idea about the length of waitlist. I'm also waitlisted at some other schools (range 15-40). Really tough time for me.
