reached out to DGS via email, got this back: "Indeed as we proceed with the decisions both admits and rejections are feed into the system sequentially, for that reason some people heard sooner than others. Unfortunately the news are not good, if the system does not yet display it, soon will show you a decline status." - 8a/0i/3w/6r/5p

Former Fed RA. Checked portal after seeing other rejections; there hasn't been an email yet. Really sad about this one since Philly is one of my favorite cities.
