Graduate School Admission Results

I emailed my POI with non-admissions-related questions, and she added at the end of her reply that I am invited to the visit day on February 7. She said the admissions committee still has not released files for the faculty to review. Major GPA: 4.0; 4 talks and 8 posters; 0 publications; 6 research experiences

Even with 2 full papers as 1st-author and 2 short papers as 2nd-author (all top conferences). :-P

Received interview invitation from a professor mentioned on my SOP via email. Area: ML. Background: 1 workshop paper, several poster presentations.

1st rejection! Not surprised at all... Just gave it a try. Congratulations to those who were admitted :)
