Good luck to everyone else, sharing my result as I had been searching 'DAAD' here daily for the last week or two...

If the school you're waiting for is on spring break, you will not be notified during that week. My committee head said they won't meet until after spring break so it's one anxiety-free week.

In response to All below: Many people are waiting on waitlist decisions. I'd decline a lot of good offers if Penn took me off the funding waitlist, but I have to hold onto them/visit etc. because Penn might not give me funding. Unfortunately, true for a lot of people.

Is it okay and legal to accept a later offer (e.g came after April 15) with funding, despite having previously accepted an offer (without funding) from a university before April 15. Thanks.

Received notification that my application has been processed and that I should expect to be notified about the results at the beginning of April.

I have 3 admits with deadline to accept 15 April. I am awaiting decisions from 3 more esteemed university. what if I accept one offer befor 15 and then decline this to accept better university admit received after 15th April. Is there any legal issue to do so ?

Reminder now that open houses are coming to an end: please reject all offers that you are no longer considering. Of my 6 offers, I have rejected the 4 that are strictly dominated. Those of us on waitlists would like to be able to make a decision so that our other offers can be passed down to others on waitlists. We only have a couple weeks left until April 15th.

I'm starting to lose it. It's been more than three months, and universities are still in the process of making decisions. Why tf does it take so long? This is probably the most inefficient and slow process in today's era. Applicants have better things to do with their lives than constantly refreshing their email accounts, and universities should understand this!

If I respond to the grad school on April 15th, do I violate the 415 resolution?

To the poster below: Based off of my research, as an American, unless you attend with a Rhodes or Marshall which are also HYPS obsessed, Oxford will not fund you. The only other option for Americans are Clarendon for the most part, and based off online research its HYPS. Many of the top 25 schools in the US are not ivy's but public schools. Those students do not get funding unless they are going into the sciences for a DPHIL. For most scholarships, they say work experience does not matter, and many students this year from top schools in the US and the world ( but public), with ridiculously amazing work experience, have not received funding. I repeat, funding goes to HYPS. Its how it is. I am not discrediting how amazing it is to get an acceptance from Oxford. Once again, admissions are very competitive BUT the 1% who get funding are HYPS or some other EU elitist university.

Guys having multiple offers, plzzzz kindly make a quick decision and decline the other offers. This will really help others in the waiting list. Your decision can really change the life or future of another person. Help others, God will help you!! Thank you very much!!

Americans don't bother applying to this university. They will not fund you. Its difficult to get in, yes, so if you got in save it as a reflection on what you can achieve, but they don't fund you unless you are coming from an Ivy league undergrad. It doesn't matter your work experience, or if you already have a Masters and are applying for a DPIL(chances do increase ever so slightly with a Dphil though). ELITISM AT ITS FINEST.

After reading the long post by a poster who shared about his three rounds of application and his/her suggestions on application, I feel better now. Thank you.

Guys plzzz decline all the offers after selecting 1 school. Many waitlisted person are there without even 1 admit. Try to understand it and helps others. It's a request.
