To the poster below, I am in the same boat and am assuming that NYU just hasn't sent out rejections yet. Kinda sucks they do rejections last.

Received email to check portal. No funding.

No one is saying that internationals should have priority!!! What Universities in Canada REALLY should do, is to put this information on their websites!!! We should be aware that internationals have no priority and that they to not care about our visa process and all the providences needed for someone who are going to live in another country. We you read their websites, it seams that we (international) are going to have the same possibilities of a national one. This is serious and not fair.

Area is theory, with funding for program duration

Any idea on when the decision for SFU Data Science program will be announced?

9 years of industry experience. I called Univ of Minnesota twin cities, Data Science dept and they been saying 2 more weeks to decide.

Haven't gotten an email yet. Checked my Albert status and it also reads, " Entering with an UGRD Degree", which is probably a generic message, but I'm not sure since this is the first time I've logged in. Hopefully they're close in giving out all the admission decisions since it's almost mid-April

Received acceptance through email telling me to check portal. Was wait listed 2 weeks before acceptance. Studied statistics in undergrad. 1 year work experience.

To the post below, I can't believe they put an announcement instead of shooting an email. Does anyone know what the "important notice" said? Nothing is showing now.

They said during an info session that it is not chronological. Nothing was to be reviewed until after the submission deadline passed. It took 1 week to get a response about the delay. Still under review...

To the guy who got admission in SFU with full financial aid. How did you know about the financial aid decision? Is it in your admission letter?
