TTPB: What time did you receive the acceptance email? was it from the department?

If I did not have an interview, what chance do I have of being accepted for the Bioengineering program? Are there cases in the Bioengineering department where there ISN'T an interview and they are accepted directly into the program?

Has anybody heard from Stanford Earth? I got interviewed by my Potential Advisor last Jan.29

Just got the email, so excited! Was interviewed 1/28-2/1.

Generic email including assigned faculty contact (not an advisor).

Anyone heard from Structural engineering and geomechanics? I haven't got any interview or email

TTPB: Congratulations! Was it a generic email? Or from a professor?

Received an email with an offer letter! 3 years of research, no publications.

TTPB: I interviewed twice with same faculty on 02/5 and 02/7 and haven't heard anything from him until yesterday saying that he recommended me for admissions to the committee and said to hold tight as they are still reviewing applications and still conducting interviews. So those worried there is still some time left! Good luck to all!

TTPB: I did, yes! Hadn't really heard from the POI since the interview -- not sure if that's a bad sign or just a consequence of the decision being out of her hands now that she's made recommendations to the admissions committee. (I actually originally reached out to her this week, and she told me that I'd be hearing from admissions -- not from her -- and that I should reach out to them if I wanted to know when.)

Did anyone from WTO (Work, Technology, Organizations) get a decision? Any decisions out for other focus areas? Still waiting. Saw on the website that decisions will be out this week. No updates yet.

TTPB: Thank you very much for the information. Did you also have an online meeting with the current Ph.D. and postdoc student at her lab?

TTPB: I've had a similar timeline (2/1 interview with POI). I reached out to admissions this week and was told results should be sent out in the next few weeks.

I had an interview with the POI on February 3rd. The POI had open time slots from 2/1 to 2/5. I have not heard anything about the admission decision from her or the department. Has anyone heard anything from them?
